An upgraded version of Olight's PL-Mini Valkyria series flashlight is equipped with a Cree XP-L HD Cool White diode, which provides a light output of 600 lumens and a range of up to 100 m.
The compact weapon flashlight is powered by a built-in lithium-polymer rechargeable battery.
The Valkyrie 2 model features an adjustable mounting rail to fit most pistol models with an accessory rail in the 22 mm standard (weaver/ picatinny/ MIL-STD-1913). A system of steel clamps allows for quick attachment of the flashlight to the weapon.
Thee housing of the flashlight is made of А6061-Т6 aircraft-grade aluminum coated with hard anodization in black. In addition, the flashlight's head is protected by a steel crown from the front.
Thanks to this design, the manufacturer ensures resistance to falls from a height of up to 1 m. The seals used guarantee IPX6-class water resistance, providing protection against water jets coming from all directions at up to 100 liters per minute.
Batteries are installed after unscrewing the flashlight head.
The core of the flashlight is advanced electronics that control the current consumption directed to the XP-L HD LED. Thanks to it, the flashlight shines with the same power until the battery is completely depleted.
The diode in the highest mode (600 lumens) is protected from overheating by an electronic system that reduces the current after 60 seconds and stabilizes the light at 60 lumens. When the flashlight is turned off, cooled down and turned on again, the flashlight will shine again in maximum mode.
The flashlight is turned on with a convenient on/off switch located on the back. The switch is double-sided, so that the flashlight can be used by both right- and left-handed users.

On the side of the flashlight there is an LED indicating that the battery is discharged, if the battery performance drops less than 10% the LED starts to glow red.
